Section 3.7(b)(2)(A)(i) of the Farm Credit Act of 1971 (12 U.S.C. 2128(b)(2)(A)(i)) is amended— (1) by striking 50 percent of the bank’s capital and inserting 15 percent of the total assets of the bank; and (2) by striking an amount equal to 50 percent of the bank’s capital and inserting 15 percent of the total assets of the bank.
