Extension and agricultural research at 1890 land-grant colleges, including Tuskegee University

(a) Extension Section 1444(a)(2) of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 (7 U.S.C. 3221(a)(2)) is amended by striking 20 percent and inserting 40 percent. (b) Research Section 1445 of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 (7 U.S.C. 3222) is amended— (1) in subsection (a)(2), by striking 30 percent and inserting 40 percent; (2) in subsection (c), by striking the research director each place it appears and inserting the agricultural research director; and (3) in subsection (d)— (A) by striking a research director and inserting an agricultural research director; and (B) by striking or other officer.
