Section 405 of the Agricultural Research, Extension, and Education Reform Act of 1998 (7 U.S.C. 7625) is amended— (1) by striking subsection (d); (2) by redesignating subsections (e) through (j) as subsections (d) through (i), respectively; and (3) in subsection (i), as so redesignated, by striking 2023 and inserting 2031.
