Section 5 of the Hatch Act of 1887 (7 U.S.C. 361e) is amended— (1) in the second sentence— (A) by striking known as a director and inserting known as an experiment station director; and (B) by striking or other officer appointed by the government board of the station; (2) in the third sentence, by striking or other officer; and (3) in the fourth sentence, by striking the authorized receiving officer and inserting the experiment station director.
