Section 506(n) of the Federal Crop Insurance Act (7 U.S.C. 1506(n)) is amended by adding at the end the following: (4) Actuarial soundness of certain new products The Corporation shall— (A) review each policy or product developed under section 508(h) periodically for actuarial soundness; and (B) take such actions, in consultation with persons described in paragraph (1)(A) of such section, as are necessary to improve the actuarial soundness of such policies and products..
