Section 2(b) of the United States Grain Standards Act (7 U.S.C. 74(b)) is amended— (1) in paragraph (2), by striking and at the end; (2) in paragraph (3)(F), by striking the period at the end and inserting; and; and (3) by adding at the end the following: (4) that the Secretary shall prioritize the adoption of improved grain grading technology to provide for efficient, accurate, and consistent grading of grain..
