How the text changed
Section 9(a)(2) of the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act (42 U.S.C. 1758(a)(2)) is amended — amended— (1) in subparagraph (A), in the matter preceding clause (i), by striking Act— and inserting Act and breakfasts served by schools participating in the school breakfast program under section 4 of the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 (42 U.S.C. 1773)—; (2) in subparagraph (C), by inserting or the school breakfast program under section 4 of the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 (42 U.S.C. 1773) after Act; and (3) in subparagraph (D), by striking section 210.10 and inserting sections 210.10 and 220.8.
