(a) Increase Notwithstanding the amounts set forth in the funding tables in Division D, the amount authorized to be appropriated in section 201 for Research, Development, Testing and Evaluation, Defense-Wide, as specified in the corresponding funding table in section 4201 for system development for Aviation Systems (PE1160403BB) Line 302 is hereby increased by $12,000,000 (with the amount of such increase to be used to support Rotary Wing Aviation Lift Upgrade Enhancement). (b) Offset Notwithstanding the amounts set forth in the funding tables in Division D the amount authorized to be appropriated in section 301 for operation and maintenance, Army, as specified in the corresponding funding table in section 4301, for Aviation Assets, Line 060, is hereby reduced by $12,000,000.
