(a) Existing protections for chaplains Section 533 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 (Public Law 112–239; 10 U.S.C. 1030 note prec.) is amended— (1) in the section heading, by striking and chaplains of such members; (2) by striking subsection (b); and (3) by redesignating subsection (c) as subsection (b). (b) Professional functions of the Air Force Section 9063(h) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding in accordance with section 9217(a) after Secretary.
