Section 1145(a)(4) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) by striking Except as and inserting (A) Except as; and (2) by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: (B) In carrying out this subsection, the Secretary of Defense shall ensure that a member may enroll in the transitional health care under paragraph (1) by not later than two business days after the date on which the 180-day transition period begins..
