How the text changed
Section 732 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2026 (Public Law 119–60; 10 U.S.C. 4001 note) is amended— (1) in the section heading, by striking on domestic cats and dogs and inserting on certain animals; and (2) in subsection (a), by striking a domestic cat (Felis catu s) or a domestic dog (Canis familiaris) and inserting a domestic cat (Felis catus), a domestic dog (Canis familiaris), or a nonhuman member of the order Primates.
