(a) Increase Notwithstanding the amounts set forth in the funding tables in division D, the amount authorized to be appropriated in section 1405 for Combat and Operational Medicine Program, R&D research, as specified in the corresponding funding table in section 4501, is hereby increased by $5,000,000 for alpha-gal syndrome research. (b) Offset Notwithstanding the amounts set forth in the funding tables in division D, the amount authorized to be appropriated in section 1405 for Combat and Operational Medicine Program, R&D Advanced Development, as specified in the corresponding funding table in section 4501, is hereby reduced by $5,000,000.
