Section 1078(a)(2) of the Servicemember Quality of Life Improvement and National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2025 (Public Law 118–159; 138 Stat. 2075) is amended— (1) by redesignating subparagraph (F) as subparagraph (G); and (2) by inserting after subparagraph (E) the following: (F) A determination of whether the operation of covered unmanned ground vehicle systems in United States networks poses an unacceptable risk to the national security of the United States or the security and safety of United States persons..
