Quarterly reporting requirement for National Security Capital Forum

Section 1092 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2025 (Public Law 118–159; 10 U.S.C. 149 note) is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: (f) Reports Not later than the end of each fiscal quarter, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report describing activities of the forum established under subsection (a) during such fiscal quarter and the goals of such forum in accordance with this section for the subsequent fiscal quarter..
