Section 1102 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024 (Public Law 118–31) is amended— (1) in subsection (a)(1), by striking rent and inserting rent or mortgage payments; (2) by striking subsection (d) (relating to sunset date 3 years after the date of the enactment of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2026); and (3) by redesignating subsection (c) (relating to sunset date of January 1, 2034) at the end as subsection (d).
