Section 1249(b) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2026 (Public Law 119–60) is amended— (1) in paragraph (1), by striking; and; (2) in paragraph (2), by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and (3) by adding at the end the following: (3) does not undermine United States or allied deterrence of the Russian Federation; and (4) does not reduce the readiness of forces assigned to or stationed in the United States European Command to support global contingencies..
