Section 4901 of title 46, United States Code, is amended— (1) in subsection (a) by striking passengers and inserting passengers for hire; (2) in subsection (b)(3) by striking (43 U.S.C. 1331(a)). and inserting (43 U.S.C. 1331(a))).; and (3) by redesignating the second subsection (g) as subsection (i).
