Section 51706(c) of title 46, United States Code, is amended— (1) in paragraph (1)(A)— (A) by inserting or territory of the United States after State; and (B) in clause (i), by striking Gulf of Mexico and inserting Gulf of America; (2) in paragraph (1)(B)— (A) in clause (iii), by inserting or at the end; (B) in clause (iv), by striking or at the end; and (C) by striking clause (v); (3) by striking paragraph (2); and (4) by redesignating paragraphs (3) through (6) as paragraphs (2) through (5), respectively.
