Section 70102(b) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— (1) in paragraph (16), by striking and after the semicolon; (2) in paragraph (17), by striking the period at the end and inserting; and; and (3) by adding at the end the following: (18) consideration of United States strategic sealift objectives and strategies established under section 59101 of title 46; and (19) consideration of maritime networks in multimodal freight corridors..
