(a) In general In accordance with the Act of October 15, 1940 (33 U.S.C. 701h–1), the Secretary shall repay the non-Federal interest for the Federal share of any advanced funds contributed by the non-Federal interest for the project for navigation, Miami Harbor, Miami-Dade County, Florida, authorized by section 1001(17) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2007 (121 Stat. 1052). (b) Application of Corps policy In providing the repayment required under subsection (a), the Secretary may not require a new start determination for a project before providing such repayment.
