The National Dam Safety Program Act (33 U.S.C. 467 et seq.) is amended— (1) in section 8(e)(4), by striking 2 and inserting 7; (2) in section 8A(j)(4), by striking 2026 and inserting 2031; and (3) in section 14(a)(2)(A)(ii)— (A) in subclause (I), by striking and low-head dams; and (B) in subclause (II), by striking and low-head dams.
