Definitions

In this Act: (1) Election worker The term election worker means an individual who is an election official, poll worker, or an election volunteer in connection with the administration of an election for a Federal office. (2) Personally identifiable information The term personally identifiable information has the meaning given the term restricted personal information in section 119 of title 18, United States Code.
