Section 1890(d)(2) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395aaa(d)(2)) is amended— (1) in the first sentence— (A) by striking and $14,030,000 and inserting $14,030,000; and (B) by inserting the following before the period at the end:, and $416,666 for the period beginning on October 1, 2025, and ending on October 31, 2025; and (2) in the third sentence, by striking September 30, 2025 and inserting October 31, 2025.
