How the text changed
(a) ERISA Section 732(a) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (29 U.S.C. 1191a(a)) is amended by striking section 711 and inserting sections 711 and 727. (b) IRC The Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended— (1) in section 9831(a), by adding at the end the following flush text: Paragraph (2) shall not apply to the requirements under sections 9811 and 9827.; and (2) in section 4980D(d)(1), by striking section 9811 and inserting section 9811 or 9827.
