Mid-sized conference representation on intercollegiate athletic association governing boards

(a) In general An intercollegiate athletic association, of which a mid-sized conference is a member, shall ensure any board of directors or other governing board of the intercollegiate athletic association, or any committee of the intercollegiate athletic association with authority to establish and enforce rules or bylaws, is comprised of adequate representation by mid-sized conferences. (b) Mid-sized conference defined In this section, the term mid-sized conference means any conference that has generated less than $500,000,000 in total annual revenue during the preceding academic year.
