Section 8159 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2022 (136 Stat. 3740; 138 Stat. 3011) is amended— (1) in paragraph (9), by striking; and and inserting a semicolon; (2) in paragraph (10), by striking the period at the end and inserting; and; and (3) by adding at the end the following: (11) the University of Arkansas to conduct academic research on navigation, supply chain resilience, transportation efficiency, technological modernization, and the management of water resources development infrastructure in the State of Arkansas and on the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System..
