(a) Consultation requirement Section 401(k) of the Department of Energy Organization Act (42 U.S.C. 7171(k)) is amended— (1) by striking paragraph (6); and (2) by redesignating paragraph (7) as paragraph (6). (b) Certification requirements Section 401(k)(2)(A) of the Department of Energy Organization Act (42 U.S.C. 7171(k)(2)(A)) is amended by striking or mathematical and inserting mathematical, economic, or legal.
