Vaccination strategy for poultry

(a) Determination of strategy Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, to address highly pathogenic avian influenza, the Secretary of Agriculture, in consultation with the United States Trade Representative, shall develop a strategy for the vaccination of poultry that is in compliance with all applicable rules of the World Trade Organization. (b) Finalization of strategy Not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Agriculture shall finalize the strategy developed under subsection (a).
