Funding for quantum communications corridor for Navy research, development, test, and evaluation

(a) Increase Notwithstanding the amounts set forth in funding tables in division D, the amount authorized to be appropriated in section 201 for Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation, Navy, for Future Naval Capabilities Applied Research, Line 012, as specified in the corresponding funding table in section 4201, is hereby increased by $50,000,000 for the development of a quantum communications corridor linking certain Department of Defense installations, national laboratories, and universities conducting Department of Defense research. (b) Offset Notwithstanding the amounts set forth in the funding tables in division D, the amount authorized to be appropriated in section 301 for Operation and Maintenance, Army, for Force Readiness Operations Support, Line 070, as specified in the corresponding funding table in section 4301, is hereby reduced by $50,000,000.
