Chapter 173 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) in section 2911(e)— (A) by striking paragraph (4); (B) by redesignating paragraphs (5) through (9) as paragraphs (4) through (8), respectively; (C) by striking paragraph (10); and (D) by redesignating paragraphs (11) through (15) as paragraphs (9) through (13), respectively; and (2) by striking section 2922g.
