Chapter 363 of title 10, United States Code, as amended by section 861 of this Act, is further amended by adding at the end the following new section: 4665. Prohibition on contracting with entities with segregated facilities Each contract, including a subcontract (at any tier) under such a contract, entered into by the Secretary of Defense on or after the date of the enactment of this section shall include a provision requiring that each contractor follow all Federal laws, including title II of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. 2000a et seq.), which prohibit segregated facilities..
