How the text changed
(a) In general Section 4872(h)(1) of title 10, United States Code, as redesignated and amended by this Act, is further amended— (1) in subparagraph (D), by striking and at the end; (2) in subparagraph (E), by striking the period at the end and inserting; and; and (3) by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: (F) molybdenum.. (b) Existing contract The amendments made by subsection (a) shall apply only with respect to contracts and other agreements entered into after the date of the enactment of this Act.
