(a) In general Not later than December 1 of each of 2026, 2028, and 2030, the Secretary of the Navy shall submit to the congressional defense committees an assessment of the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division. (b) Content In each assessment submitted under subsection (a), the Secretary shall include, for the period covered by the assessment, a description of— (1) any challenges with respect to completing the mission of the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division; and (2) the plan of the Secretary to address such challenges.
