(a) Report Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this section, the Secretary of Defense shall study and submit a report to Congress on the readiness of Henry E. Rohlsen Airport in St. Croix for use by the United States Air Force. (b) Contents The report required under subsection (a) shall contain recommendations to improve the infrastructure and facilities at, and in the immediate vicinity of, Henry E. Rohlsen Airport in order to support use of the airport for regional security missions, emergency actions, and U.S. Southern Command Area regional priorities.
