How the text changed
(a) The total amount appropriated or otherwise made available by this Act may not be used for the salary or expenses of more than 75 full-time equivalent personnel, including Government employees and employees of Federal contractors, for Cost Assessment and Program Evaluation. (b) Any reduction in full-time equivalent personnel by operation of subsection (a) shall not apply to any personnel— (1) performing cost assessment functions; or (2) capability enabling functions, including defense industrial base, economic, and manpower analysis.
