(a) In general Notwithstanding section 118(b) of title 23, United States Code, any funds authorized from the Highway Trust Fund (other than the Mass Transit Account) under section 11101 of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (Public Law 117–58; 135 Stat. 443) for a program described in subsection (b) that would otherwise lapse on September 30, 2026, shall be available until September 30, 2027. (b) Program described A program referred to in subsection (a) is a program other than a program for which funding is apportioned under section 104(b) or section 130(f) of title 23, United States Code.
