How the text changed
Of the unobligated balances in the Department of Education Nonrecurring Expenses Fund established in section 313 of division H of Public Law 116–260, $160,000,000 are hereby rescinded not later than September 30, 2026: Provided, That from any remaining unobligated balances in such Fund, the Secretary may transfer up to $60,000,000 to Innovation and Improvement to be merged with funds made available under such heading for carrying out activities authorized under part C of title IV of the ESEA.
