Section 3(a)(2) of the IMPACT Act of 2014 (Public Law 113–185), as amended by section 6205 of division F of the Continuing Appropriations, Agriculture, Legislative Branch, Military Construction and Veterans Affairs, and Extensions Act, 2026 (Public Law 119–37), is amended— (1) in subparagraph (B), by striking and at the end; (2) in subparagraph (C), by striking the period at the end and inserting; and; and (3) by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: (D) $4,400,000 for the period beginning on January 31, 2026, and ending on December 31, 2026, to remain available until expended..
