Section 1271C(d)(3) of the Food Security Act of 1985 (16 U.S.C. 3871c(d)(3)) is amended— (1) by redesignating subparagraph (B) as subparagraph (C); (2) in subparagraph (A)(iv), by striking the and at the end; and (3) by inserting after subparagraph (A)(iv) the following: (B) provide, under section 1271B(c)(2), not less than 50 percent of the overall costs of the scope of the project that is the subject of a partnership agreement funded pursuant to paragraph (1) in direct funding; and.
