How the text changed
Section 1433 of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 (7 U.S.C. 3195) is amended— (1) in subsection (a), by adding at the end the following: (4) Carryover The balance of any annual funds provided to an eligible institution for a fiscal year under this subsection that remains unexpended at the end of that fiscal year may be carried over for use during the following fiscal year.; and (2) in subsection (c)(1), by striking 2023 and inserting 2031.
