Section 1446 of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 (7 U.S.C. 3222a) is amended— (1) in the section heading, by inserting (commonly known as the David A. Scott Scholarship Program for Students at 1890 Institutions) before the period at the end; and (2) in subsection (b)(2), by striking 2023 and inserting 2031.
