Section 1450 of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 (7 U.S.C. 3222e) is amended— (1) in subsection (b)— (A) in paragraph (4), by striking land-grant college or university and inserting land-grant college or university (except for a 1994 Institution (as defined in section 532 of the Equity in Educational Land-Grant Status Act of 1994 (Public Law 103–382; 7 U.S.C. 301 note))); and (B) by striking paragraph (5); and (2) in subsection (d), by striking 2023 and inserting 2031.
