Section 1672B of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 (7 U.S.C. 5925b) is amended— (1) in subsection (a), in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking 2023 and inserting 2031; (2) by striking subsection (e); (3) by redesignating subsection (f) as subsection (e); and (4) in subsection (e), as so redesignated— (A) in paragraph (2), by striking 2023 and inserting 2031; and (B) by striking paragraph (3).
