Section 7526 of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 8114) is amended— (1) in subsection (a)— (A) in paragraph (1), by inserting and bioproduct before technologies; (B) in paragraph (2), by striking product and inserting bioproduct; and (C) in paragraph (3), by striking product and inserting bioproduct; (2) in subsection (c)(2), by striking 4 percent and inserting 30 percent; and (3) in subsection (g), by striking 2023 and inserting 2031.
