Section 1279 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 (22 U.S.C. 8606 note) is amended— (1) in the section heading, by striking anti-tunnel and inserting subterranean; (2) by striking anti-tunnel each place it appears and inserting subterranean; (3) in subsection (a)— (A) in the heading, by striking anti-tunnel and inserting subterranean; and (B) in paragraph (1), strike underground tunnels and insert or destroy subterranean facilities, including tunnels, bunkers, and other underground targets,; (4) in subsection (b)— (A) by striking paragraph (4); and (B) by redesignating paragraph (5) as paragraph (4); and (5) in subsection (f), by striking 2028 and inserting 2029.
