Section 4123 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) in the section heading, by inserting and test organizations after defense laboratories; (2) by inserting or test organization after laboratory each place it appears; (3) in subsection (a)(3), by inserting or test organizations after laboratories; and (4) by adding at the end the following new subsection: (d) Test organization defined In this section, the term test organization means a test organization of the Major Range and Test Facility Base specified in Department of Defense Directive 3200.11 or any successor directive..
