Section 2465(b)(4) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking for the performance of firefighting functions if the contract and inserting that; (2) in subparagraph (B)— (A) by striking only; (B) by striking firefighting; and (C) by striking by reason of a deployment.
