Section 805 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024 (Public Law 118–31; 10 U.S.C. 4651 note prec.) is amended— (1) in subsection (a)(1)— (A) in subparagraph (A), by striking or at the end; (B) in subparagraph (B), by striking the period at the end and inserting; or; and (C) by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: (C) provide a grant, loan, or loan guarantee to an entity described in paragraph (2).; and (2) in subsection (b), by striking prohibition under subsection (a)(1)(B) and inserting prohibitions under subparagraphs (B) and (C) of subsection (a)(1).
