Section 1108 of the William M. (Mac) Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 (Public Law 116–283) is amended— (1) in subsection (b)(1)(A)— (A) in clause (i), by striking or at the end; (B) in clause (ii), by striking and at the end and inserting or; and (C) by inserting after clause (ii) the following: (iii) licensed medical personnel; and; and (2) in subsection (d), by striking this Act and inserting the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2026.
