Section 2848(a) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2005 (division B of Public Law 108–375; 118 Stat. 2140) is amended— (1) by striking the sole purpose and inserting the purpose; and (2) by striking an upper level (junior, senior, and graduate) university and inserting a university, which may include other activities that benefit the community,.
